McLaughlin Optometry is considered “out of network” for most vision insurance plans. Exam fees are due at the time of your visit, and we’re happy to provide an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. The Costco Optical Department can bill most insurances directly for eyeglass frames, lenses, and contact lens purchases.

As independent Doctors of Optometry inside of Costco, we do not accept insurance for your eye exam or contact lens fitting. Costco Optical department accepts many vision plans for your eyewear needs.
